Dear TaxTime USA, Inc. Customer,
This update fixes the following in the program:
-
This update includes the
following: Form changes to Form SS-4 & Form 700 - Articles of Organization
for an LLC
To install update:
If you are in MI Business Startup Express 2010 Please Exit
After
clicking the above link, a File Download window will open.
Click Open or Run. If a
Security Warning message opens, Click Run.
An Installation Folder
window will open.
Change installation drive
and folder to match where you originally installed the software
Click Finish.
The system will then ask
to overwrite some files - click Yes to All. This update does not alter any
client files; it only
updates program files.
A message: Package
Delivered Successfully will open when update is completed.
This will complete the
update.
You may re-enter the
software. Click Help from the main menu bar and then click: About. The
software should now
say Ver 7.1

following: Form changes to Form 501, Form 520, Form 541, Form 701 and Form
I-9

Also Includes Update 6.4:
Update to Form I-9 and
change to Form 8822 on Line 11b correction to the placement
of the
hyphen in the EIN.-
Also Includes Update 6.3:
Form updates to Form 500 Articles of Incorporation - Corp and
Form 700
Articles of Organization - LLC- Also Includes Update 6.2:
Form updates for Form 174
- Motor Fuels Retail Outlet License Application. Form 108
Motor Fuel Retail License has been eliminated and Form 174 now includes new and renewal license applications. Form 151
Michigan Power of Attorney, Part 2 no longer prints extra data on the form. -
Also Includes Update 6.1: Form updates for newest versions of SS-4 - Application for
Employer Identification
Number and Food Service License - Form 212. Doing
Business As (Trade Name) and Mailing Address (if different from
street
address) now transfers where appropriate on various forms. Various minor
form updates also included.
To install update:
