W-2 Employer Federal Copy A Pack of 25 Sheets
 
Use the W-2 Copy A to print employer wage and withholding information to send to the SSA (Social Security Administration). This form must be preprinted with red scannable ink, unless you laser generate it using an IRS approved software package. Forms are 2-up on an 8.5" x 11" sheet with no side perforation (format changed in 2001) and printed on 20# laser paper with the required red scannable ink.

Pack of 25 sheets of 2-Up forms = 50 forms.
